A cheesy, taco-seasoned pasta dish that kids go crazy for. One of the kids' safe foods.
- Brown the Beef
Brown your ground beef in a large pan or pot. Season with taco seasoning while cooking, but save some for the end.
- Drain
Drain the grease off the meat and return meat to pan or pot.
- Add Pasta
Add pasta and water to cover the pasta. Cover with lid and stir as needed to prevent sticking.
- Add Cheese
Once pasta is done, add your remaining taco seasoning and Velveeta cheese sauce packets (3-5 packs depending on how cheesy you want it).
- Finish
Heat until cheese is smooth and everything is combined. Serve hot.
- Make as spicy or mild as you want with your taco seasoning choice.
- Can be cooked in a large deep skillet (12 inches wide by 5 inches deep works great).
- Great for feeding a crowd.
