- Whip the Cream
Beat cream to soft peaks. Make that bish thick.
- Add Condensed Milk
Fold in condensed milk until combined.
- Add Your Additives
Fold in additives of choice.
- Freeze
Cover and freeze until solid.
- Melt the dark chocolate and combine with condensed milk before adding to heavy cream.
- Cut crystallized ginger into various sized pieces.
- Fold additives into cream mixture.
- Cut dark chocolate and crystallized ginger into various sized pieces.
- Fold directly into cream and condensed milk mixture.
- Make sure cream is cold for best whipping results.
- Don't over-whip - soft peaks is perfect.
- Try other additives: cookie crumbs, fruit, caramel, nuts, etc.
