Mix the Dough
Mix everything together in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
Portion the Cookies
Use an ice cream scoop to portion out cookies onto a nonstick cookie sheet.
Flatten
Use a fork dipped in water to press each cookie down, creating the classic crosshatch pattern and flattening slightly.
Bake
Bake for 6-10 minutes until edges start to brown just a bit. For harder cookies, cook the full 10 minutes. Do not undercook - if they still look liquidy, continue cooking.
