- Make Honey Pepper Sauce - Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil, simmer 15 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch slurry if desired.
- Make Cheese Sauce - Melt butter, add cream, bring to gentle boil. Mix in all cheeses until smooth. Add garlic.
- Cook Pasta - Boil penne until al dente. Drain.
- Cook Chicken - Coat chicken in breadcrumbs. Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Assemble - Toss pasta with cheese sauce. Coat chicken in honey pepper sauce. Serve chicken over pasta with extra sauce drizzled on top.
